2 & 3. Workshops/Training need to be real, clickable catalog items with images, not static tiles — you're right, right now they're hardcoded text tiles with no detail page and nothing for admin to manage. That's a real gap. I'll build: a Workshops catalog table, admin CRUD with image upload (same pattern as Gallery), and clickable tiles linking to a real detail page.
